  1. Live Labels is an ActiveX 
  2.             control that enables you to create animated labels in your Visual 
  3.             Basic or Delphi application. It includes two controls for numeric 
  4.             and textual data. Once you set a label's value, it is animated to 
  5.             reflect the change. You can specify sounds (.wav files) to play each 
  6.             time data changes. The controls export a large set of properties, 
  7.             allowing you customize the font, color, and shape of the label. Live
